I have worked in the technical communication field for over a decade. My work has served a variety of companies ranging from Fortune 500 leviathans to small-but-mighty startups, and has touched every step of the documentation lifecycle from inception to publication and revision. All of this work has been corporate proprietary or otherwise inadmissible to share—a common tale of woe among tech comm professionals. However, my pro-bono technical writing and technical editing work outside of the corporate sphere has not been subject to such restrictions.

As part of my volunteerism with the Florida Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC), I heavily refurbished an outdated process document for publishing the chapter newsletter, Memo to Members. This ensured a smooth knowledge transfer for future newsletter editors.
